The Snow Community Enrichment Foundation

is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization developed in memory of Joyce Nell Snow Govan, a matriarch from Clio, Alabama, who instilled strong family values and a genuine love for community.

Our Purpose

To uplift and empower the community by fostering self-sufficiency and holistic development through innovative programs and services.
